This is all about an oil pipeline that connects Russia to Europe

- Create war like situation
- Bankrupt country
- Create forex panic in country of prey.
- Ask country to ask for IMF loan.
- Ask them to hand over all assets(pipeline, gold etc) to banks.
- When Ukraine defaults on loans ask European and US citizens to bail out banks that own IMF
IMF says it gave Ukraine $17.5B loan because of "exceptionally high risk to outlook" and "risk debt restructuring falling short"
