Indonesia, India, and Vietnam will not be affected by CAATSA

Indonesia’s state-run Antara news agency has reported that U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis has assured Indonesia that it will not be sanctioned with an embargo for purchasing weapons system equipment from Russia.
