Obama bunked 60% of his morning Intelligence Briefings

The Washington-based Government Accountability Institute has just published a four-page paper disclosing that based on a review of President Obama’s daily schedule, the president has missed about 60% of his morning Presidential Daily Briefs given by a senior officer from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
