Pakistan Air Force - PAF - fighter aircraft crashes near Quetta

Nowadays Pakistan Air Force does not publish the type of aircraft that crashed to avoid tipping off the neighbors.



Pakistan Air Force (PAF) fighter aircraft crashed near Kuchlak, outskirt of Quetta, on Wednesday morning due to a technical fault. The pilot sustained minor injuries.

“The fighter aircraft on operational training mission crashed after it developed a fault. The pilot planned a successful ejection and was safely airlifted,” Air Commander Tariq Mehmood, spokesperson Pakistan Air Force told the media. The Air Headquarter has ordered an inquiry into the incident to determine the exact cause of the crash.

“The aircraft crashed in a vacant area and there was no loss of life and property in the area,” he said.
