Australia's new camouflage uniform

Australia Plan BEERSHEBA, which was announced by Australian Government in November 2011 and re-affirmed in Defence White Paper 2013, is Army’s modernisation plan to maximise the armed forces effectiveness and provide the widest range of sustained and effective Land Force capability for directed requirements within assigned resources.

The plan envisages transforming Austrialian forces from a analogue age- to an information-age Army through enhancing the the capability of the deployable land force through digital networking to coordinate the employment of fire support, intelligence and surveillance capabilities.

New soldier equipment includes new body armor, pouches and packs in addition to the new camo.
