Japan’s ruling party proposes buying F-35B, multi-purpose aircraft carrier

Japan’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party has proposed that the nation buys the F-35B and introduce a multi-purpose aircraft carrier. Conversion of the existing Izumu-class is listed as an option.
