Two killed during T-38 training accident at Vance Air Force Base

Two USAF airmen were killed when their T-38 landed upside down during a training mission at Vance Air Force Base on Nov. 21. The incident happened at 9:10 a.m. and the service said the two jets were performing a routine, formation training mission.
