Yury Ivanov-class intelligence ship (Project 18280) begins sea trials

The Yuriy Ivanov-class (Project 18280) is new type of Russian intelligence collection ship. The first ship, the Yuriy Ivanov, was laid down in 2004 and was launched on 30 September 2013. Russia plans to build three more ships in this class by 2020
