According to Chinese news agency - Xinhua Press news report on August 5 , the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force overturned at high speed causing injury to 22 personnel.
At 3:30 pm local time on the 5th August, in Bai district highway northeast of Sendai city , a truck carrying 22 members of the JSDF turned turtle seriously injuring 4 JSDF personnel and injuring 18 others.
