Israel receives its fifth M-346 jet

The Israeli Air Force received its fifth Italian M-346 jet this week. The Israeli Air Force will use these planes – called "Lavi" in the IAF – for the training of pilots. The aircrafts are manufactured by Alenia Aermacchi, an Italian firm.

On 9th July 2014, two M-346 aircraft were delivered  by Alenia Aermacchi to Israeli Air Force - No 102 and 103.
