Set to retire on 7th November 2014, DG Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt General Zaheerul Islam paid a farewell visit to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday,
Islam will step down as the spymaster with Lt-General Rizwan Akhtar taking his post.PM Nawaz and ISI chief discussed the ongoing political and security situation of the country, exchanging thoughts on how to handle these matters.
