Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force held Yoga class at Etajima, Kure and Tateyama

As an event of #InternationalDayofYoga, MSO invited instructors from the Yoga Organization of 🇯🇵 and held “a class of Yoga at office”. It also held Yoga class at Etajima, Kure and Tateyama.
