Chinese PLA officials put up sad faces for dismal performance

During Russian Tank Biathlon 2014. Chinese tank teams at bottom of table in 17th, 20th and 27th position.
Two tank teams failed to hit the target and the 3rd tank team in the 96A tank  was pathetically slow inviting penalties.

To make matters worse some part of the Chinese tanks are wearing and falling off
