Undated images of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), shot by Syrian activists as well as IS, appeared on social media today of what appears to be a unarmed Predator drone, likely on a surveillance mission.
The U.S. might be operating from Incirlik Air Base in southern Turkey, just over 200 miles away from Raqqa.
