On October 14, 2014, the UN Secretary-General, Mr. Ban Ki Moon visited a Hamas terror tunnel in southern Israel. While visiting the tunnel he was briefed on the extent of Hamas' strategic abuse of civilian infrastructure in order to carry out attacks against the civilian communities of southern Israel.
