The High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) carries a six-pack of rockets which can lock on a target within 16 seconds, has a range of between 40 miles and 185 miles (depending on the type of rocket being fired), and has been proven in Iraq and Afghanistan to be absolutely deadly against the enemy.
