The US lead coalition has carried out a total of 22 airstrikes in Iraq(12) and Syria(10) near the towns of Sinjar as well as near Asad, Tal Afar, Ramdi, Mosul and Falluja.
Several units of rebel fighters as well as a weapons, factories,buildings and several vehicles have been destroyed in the air campaign.US is claiming that the rebels are demoralised by heavy losses from air strikes in which a deputy to the supreme leader Abu Bakr Al Bagdadi was killed.
